1. Sauerkraut, drained - 1 (20 ounce) can
2. Chopped green bell peppers - ½ cup
3. Chopped red bell peppers - ½ cup
4. Chopped celery - ½ cup
5. Onion, chopped - 1 small
6. White vinegar - ¾ cup
7. White sugar - 1 cup

In a medium bowl, mix together the sauerkraut, green peppers, red peppers, celery, onion, vinegar and sugar. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight before serving.
