5. Lime juice 2 tablespoons
6. Asian fish sauce 2 tablespoons
7. Ground ginger 1 teaspoon
8. White sugar 2 teaspoons
9. Hot red pepper flakes ½ teaspoon
10. Minced fresh cilantro leaves 2 tablespoons
11. Chopped fresh mint leaves 2 tablespoons
12. Boston lettuce 2 tablespoons
