Ingredients for - Sausage and Hashbrown Breakfast Pizza

1. 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
2. 1 pound bulk pork sausage
3. 1 cup frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5. 3 large eggs
6. 1/4 cup whole milk
7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
8. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 . Stage

Unroll the crescent dough and place on a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Press the seams together, and press up the sides of the pan to form a crust.

2 . Stage

In a large skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat. Drain the grease and let the meat cool slightly.

3 . Stage

Sprinkle the cooked sausage, hash browns and cheddar cheese over the crescent roll crust.

4 . Stage

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper. Pour the mixture over the pizza and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5 . Stage

Bake at 375°F for 28 to 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the pizza stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
