1. Butter ½ cup
2. Onion, chopped 1 large
3. Garlic, chopped 10 cloves
4. Beer 1 (12 ounce) can
5. Dry white wine ¼ cup
6. Sazon seasoning with saffron (such as Goya® Azafran) 3 (1.41 ounce) packages
7. Hot sauce 3 (1.41 ounce) packages
8. Salt to taste 3 (1.41 ounce) packages
9. Large shrimp, shells left on 1 pound
10. Cooked white rice, or to taste 3 cups
11. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Mozambique

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender but not brown, about 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir beer, white wine, sazon, hot sauce, and salt into the skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

3 . Stage

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, 3 to 4 minutes. Add rice; heat through for about 5 minutes. Stir in parsley.
