4. Tomato sauce 1 (14 ounce) can
5. Onion, coarsely chopped 1 large
6. Green bell pepper, chopped 1 large
7. Fresh green chile peppers, chopped 2
8. Fresh red chile peppers (Optional) 2
9. Curry powder 2 ½ teaspoons
10. Garam masala 2 teaspoons
11. Ground coriander 1 teaspoon
12. Ground cumin 1 teaspoon
13. Garlic, coarsely chopped 2 cloves
14. Ground red chile pepper ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Dust chicken with flour in a bowl.

Heat oil in a large skillet and cook chicken pieces until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Place in a slow cooker. Add tomato sauce, onion, bell pepper, green chile peppers, red chile peppers, curry powder, garam masala, coriander, cumin, garlic, and chile powder. Stir to combine.
