1. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed - 4
2. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
3. Oil - 1 tablespoon
4. Tomato sauce - 1 (14 ounce) can
5. Onion, coarsely chopped - 1 large
6. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 large
7. Fresh green chile peppers, chopped - 2
8. Fresh red chile peppers (Optional) - 2
9. Curry powder - 2 ½ teaspoons
10. Garam masala - 2 teaspoons
11. Ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
13. Garlic, coarsely chopped - 2 cloves
14. Ground red chile pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Chicken Jalfrezi

1. Stage

Dust chicken with flour in a bowl.

2. Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet and cook chicken pieces until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Place in a slow cooker. Add tomato sauce, onion, bell pepper, green chile peppers, red chile peppers, curry powder, garam masala, coriander, cumin, garlic, and chile powder. Stir to combine.

Cook on Low until chicken is no longer pink at the center, about 6 hours.
