1. Butter - 6 tablespoons
2. Onions, sliced - 2 large
3. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
4. Ketchup - 14 ounces
5. Cider vinegar - 3 tablespoons
6. Spicy brown mustard - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
8. Hot pepper sauce - 2 teaspoons
9. Kielbasa sausage, cut into 1 inch pieces - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute onions until tender. Stir in brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper sauce. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.

2. Stage

Place sausage in a slow cooker with the sauce and onions. Cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours. The longer it simmers the better!
