1. Cooking spray -
2. Red bell pepper, seeded and sliced into strips - 2
3. Boneless pork loin chops - 4 (8 ounce)
4. Teriyaki sauce - ½ cup
5. Rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
8. Creamy peanut butter - ¼ cup
9. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
10. Chopped roasted peanuts - ¼ cup
11. Limes, cut into wedges - 2

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Thai Peanut Pork

1. Stage

Coat a slow cooker with cooking spray. Place bell pepper strips and pork chops into the slow cooker. Pour teriyaki sauce, vinegar, garlic, and red pepper flakes over the pork chops.

2. Stage

Cover and cook on Low until pork is very tender, 8 to 9 hours. Once tender, remove pork from the slow cooker, and whisk in peanut butter until smooth. Return pork to the slow cooker, and cook 10 minutes more.

3. Stage

Pour into a serving dish and sprinkle with green onions and peanuts to garnish. Decorate with lime wedges to serve.
