1. Chopped pimento-stuffed, Spanish-style green olives - 1 cup
2. Chopped black olives, drained - ¾ cup
3. Olive oil - ¼ cup
4. Capers, drained and chopped - 3 tablespoons
5. Red wine vinegar - 3 tablespoons
6. Shallot, peeled and chopped - 1
7. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
8. Chopped fresh oregano - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
10. Genoa salami, thinly sliced - ¼ pound
11. Sliced deli ham - ¼ pound
12. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Muffuletta Spread

1. Stage

Stir together green and black olives, olive oil, capers, red wine vinegar, shallot, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
