Ingredients for - Southern Coleslaw with Mayo

1. Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
2. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
3. Mayonnaise - ⅓ cup
4. Coarse-grain brown mustard - 1 tablespoon
5. Cabbage, cored and shredded - 1 head
6. Hard-cooked eggs, peeled and chopped - 2
7. Crisply cooked bacon, crumbled - 6 slices
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 6 slices

1. Stage

In a large bowl, stir together the vinegar, sugar, mayonnaise and mustard. Add the cabbage, eggs and bacon, and toss lightly to coat with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to blend flavors.
