4. High protein crisp rice and wheat cereal - 4 cups
5. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
6. Salt - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Special K Cookies

1. Stage

Blend syrup, sugar, vanilla and salt in a 2 quart microwave-safe dish. Cook on high 4 minutes, or until mixture boils and sugar dissolves.
