3. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
5. Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Spiced Maple Pumpkin Seeds

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
