5. Raisins - 2 cups
6. Chopped pecans (Optional) - 1 cup
7. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
8. Hot water - ⅔ cup
9. Eggs - 4
10. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
11. Salt - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Ground nutmeg - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
14. Ground cloves - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray two 9x5-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
