1. 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and undrained -
2. 1/3 cup crushed saltines (about 6 crackers) -
3. 1 large egg, beaten -
4. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder -
5. Salt to taste -
6. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided -

How to cook deliciously - Spinach Cheddar Bake

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the spinach, saltines, egg, onion powder and salt. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.

2. Stage

Transfer to a greased 2-cup baking dish; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
