Ingredients for - Stuffed Shells

1. Jumbo pasta shells - 1 (12 ounce) package
2. Ricotta cheese - 1 (32 ounce) container
3. Shredded mozzarella cheese, divided - 1 pound
4. Grated Parmesan cheese, divided - 8 ounces
5. Eggs, beaten - 2 large
6. Dried parsley - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt, or more to taste - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
9. Pasta sauce - 1 (28 ounce) jar
10. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Stuffed Shells

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios

While the pasta is cooking, mix ricotta cheese, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Dotdash Meredith Food Studios
