Ingredients for - Tomato Soup

1. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
2. Chopped onion 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
4. Chopped carrot ½ cup
5. Chopped celery ¼ cup
6. Crushed tomatoes 2 (28 ounce) cans
7. Vegetable broth 3 ½ cups
8. Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon
9. Salt 1 teaspoon
10. Dried thyme ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
12. Hot pepper sauce 4 drops

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Soup

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender.

2 . Stage

Add carrot and celery; cook 7 to 9 minutes until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
