Ingredients for - Tomato Soup

1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Chopped onion - 1 cup
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Chopped carrot - ½ cup
5. Chopped celery - ¼ cup
6. Crushed tomatoes - 2 (28 ounce) cans
7. Vegetable broth - 3 ½ cups
8. Vegetarian Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt - 1 teaspoon
10. Dried thyme - ½ teaspoon
11. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
12. Hot pepper sauce - 4 drops

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Soup

1. Stage

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic until onion is tender.

2. Stage

Add carrot and celery; cook 7 to 9 minutes until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes, broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, thyme, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
