1. Pitted green olives, drained - 1 (6 ounce) jar
2. Pitted Kalamata olives, drained - 1 (5 ounce) jar
3. Capers, drained - 1 (2 ounce) jar
4. Olive oil - ½ cup
5. Flat-leaf parsley - ½ cup
6. Garlic, or more to taste - 3 cloves
7. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
8. Salt - ½ teaspoon
9. Dried oregano - ½ teaspoon
10. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon
