2. Pitted Kalamata olives, drained 1 (5 ounce) jar
3. Capers, drained 1 (2 ounce) jar
4. Olive oil ½ cup
5. Flat-leaf parsley ½ cup
6. Garlic, or more to taste 3 cloves
7. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
8. Salt ½ teaspoon
9. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
10. Freshly ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon
