1. Potatoes, cut into large chunks 4 large
2. White onion, chopped 1 medium
3. Garlic, crushed 2 cloves
4. Green beans, drained 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
5. Tomato paste 1 (6 ounce) can
6. Dry beef stew seasoning mix 1 (1.5 ounce) package
7. Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons
8. Beef broth 2 cups
9. All-purpose flour, or as needed 2 tablespoons
10. Seasoned salt, or to taste ½ teaspoon
11. Cubed beef stew meat 2 pounds
12. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
13. Irish stout beer (such as Guinness®), or more if needed ½ (15 ounce) can
14. Water, or as needed 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Irish Stout Beef Stew

1 . Stage

Place potatoes, onion, garlic, green beans, and tomato paste in a slow cooker. Sprinkle with stew seasoning and pour beef broth over top. Mix in stew seasoning and Worcestershire sauce.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.

3 . Stage

Place flour on a plate and add seasoned salt. Coat stew meat in the flour mixture then brown in the hot skillet, 5 to 7 minutes per batch. Add browned meat directly to the slow cooker.

4 . Stage

Add stout beer to the slow cooker and water, if necessary, to bring the liquid even with the ingredients so nothing dries out.

5 . Stage

Cook on High until meat is tender and potatoes are soft, about 6 hours.
