1. Green cabbage, cored and shredded ½ head
2. Red cabbage, cored and shredded ½ head
3. Carrots, peeled and shredded 1 pound
4. Cilantro, roughly chopped 1 bunch
5. Lime juice ⅓ cup
6. Peanut oil ⅔ cup
7. Sugar 2 teaspoons
8. Kosher salt to taste 2 teaspoons
9. Ground black pepper to taste 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Tri-Color Slaw with Lime Dressing

1 . Stage

Toss green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and cilantro together in a large bowl.

Beat peanut oil and lime juice together with a whisk until smooth; add sugar and beat to dissolve. Drizzle dressing over the slaw and toss to coat; season with kosher salt and black pepper.
