1. Red potatoes, diced - 1 ½ pounds
2. Fat-free plain yogurt - ½ cup
3. Light mayonnaise - ½ cup
4. Hard-boiled eggs, diced - 4
5. Sweet pickle relish - 2 tablespoons
6. Dried pesto seasoning - 2 teaspoons
7. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
8. Celery salt, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
