2. Lemon, juiced - 1
3. Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
4. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
5. Onion Powder - 2 teaspoons
6. Ground coriander - 2 teaspoons
7. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
8. Garam masala - 2 teaspoons
9. Brown sugar - 2 teaspoons
10. Chile powder - 2 teaspoons
11. Paprika - 1 teaspoon
12. Dried sage - 1 teaspoon
13. Dried mint - 1 teaspoon
14. Cooking spray - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Pakistani-Style Roast Chicken Thighs

1. Stage

Place chicken thighs in a bowl. Season with lemon juice, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, cumin, garam masala, brown sugar, chile powder, paprika, sage, and mint. Mix well. Use clean hands to rub the seasoning on top of and underneath the skin of the chicken thighs.
