2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Chopped pecans, or to taste (Optional) - ½ cup
4. Brown sugar - ¼ cup
5. Egg - 1
6. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Mother's Pecan Pancake Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine flour, white sugar, pecans, brown sugar, egg, and oil in a bowl. Mix batter thoroughly. Fill each cup of a muffin tin 2/3-full with batter.
