How to cook deliciously - Lingonberry Pie
1. Stage
Three eggs and one egg white (leave the yolk for crumbs) beat with sugar, add baking soda and vinegar. Then melt the butter and pour into the egg mixture. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough, the consistency of thick sour cream. Set aside.
2. Stage
Make the crumble: mix the egg yolk with the sugar, add the chopped butter and gradually add the flour. I made the crumble with a fork. The resulting crumb can be placed in the refrigerator for the time being.

Let's put the oven on 180 degrees and get the lingonberries for the pie. Some people have fresh lingonberries, some have frozen ones, and I took lingonberries, which were poured with sugar syrup and stored on our balcony. It's up to your "taste and color".

Laminate a 24 cm diameter mould with baking paper and grease it with vegetable oil (I have a split mould). Pour our batter into the form and top with cranberries. Lingonberries sprinkle with sugar. Here, of course, you may add sugar to your taste. Some people like it sweeter, some like it milder.

Now we take our crumble out of the fridge and pour it over the cranberries. We put it in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Refer to your oven.
