How to cook deliciously - Panna cotta with spicy jelly
1. Stage
Soak the gelatin in two tablespoons of water.

Mix cream, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Let cool a little and add to this mixture swollen gelatin. Pour into glasses and put in the fridge for an hour or two.

When the panna cotta is frozen, you can start preparing the jelly layer. Soak the gelatin in water again. Pour cherry juice into a saucepan, add spices, sugar, bring to a boil. Add the swollen gelatin to the juice.

Pour our jelly on top of the creamy layer (carefully, see if the first layer breaks up). Put it in the fridge until it hardens. You can serve it to the table!
