1. Shredded cabbage 1 medium head
2. Red onions, cut into strips 2
3. Butter ½ cup
4. Wide egg noodles 1 (16 ounce) package
5. Salt to taste 1 (16 ounce) package
6. Ground black pepper to taste 1 (16 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Polish Cabbage Noodles

1 . Stage

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water.

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, heat butter or margarine in a skillet over medium heat. Saute cabbage and onions until tender.

3 . Stage

Drain pasta, and return to the pot. Add cabbage and onion mixture to the noodles, and toss. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
