Ingredients for - Stuffing without a Turkey

1. Dry bread stuffing mix - 2 (6 ounce) packages
2. Lean ground beef - 1 ½ pounds
3. Chopped onions - ½ cup
4. Chopped garlic - ¼ teaspoon
5. Potatoes, chopped - 3 large
6. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
7. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt to taste - ½ teaspoon
9. Chopped pimento peppers - 2 (4 ounce) jars
10. Chopped black olives - ½ cup
11. Sweet pickles, finely chopped - ¼ cup
12. Dill pickles, diced - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Stuffing without a Turkey

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Prepare the stuffing according to directions on package.

3. Stage

Over medium-low heat in a large saucepan, place the ground beef, onions and garlic. Slowly cook and stir until the onions are soft and the beef is evenly brown. Drain and set aside.

4. Stage

Place potatoes in a large, deep skillet with oil. Slowly cook and stir 10 minutes, or until evenly brown and tender, but firm.

5. Stage

Mix the stuffing, ground beef mixture, potatoes, pepper, salt, pimento peppers, olives, sweet pickles and dill pickles in the baking dish.

6. Stage

Return to the oven and bake 30 minutes. Serve hot.
