Ingredients for - Stuffing without a Turkey

1. Dry bread stuffing mix 2 (6 ounce) packages
2. Lean ground beef 1 ½ pounds
3. Chopped onions ½ cup
4. Chopped garlic ¼ teaspoon
5. Potatoes, chopped 3 large
6. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
7. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
8. Salt to taste ½ teaspoon
9. Chopped pimento peppers 2 (4 ounce) jars
10. Chopped black olives ½ cup
11. Sweet pickles, finely chopped ¼ cup
12. Dill pickles, diced ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Stuffing without a Turkey

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2 . Stage

Prepare the stuffing according to directions on package.

3 . Stage

Over medium-low heat in a large saucepan, place the ground beef, onions and garlic. Slowly cook and stir until the onions are soft and the beef is evenly brown. Drain and set aside.

4 . Stage

Place potatoes in a large, deep skillet with oil. Slowly cook and stir 10 minutes, or until evenly brown and tender, but firm.

5 . Stage

Mix the stuffing, ground beef mixture, potatoes, pepper, salt, pimento peppers, olives, sweet pickles and dill pickles in the baking dish.

6 . Stage

Return to the oven and bake 30 minutes. Serve hot.
