1. Fresh green beans, trimmed - ½ (12 ounce) package
2. Sliced red bell pepper - ¾ cup
3. Chopped onion - ⅓ cup
4. Sliced fresh mushrooms - ½ cup
5. Shirataki noodles (such as Miracle Noodles®) - 1 (8 ounce) package
6. Almond milk (such as Silk®) - ½ cup
7. Light vegetable cream cheese - 2 tablespoons
8. Seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®) - 1 teaspoon
9. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
11. Yellowfin tuna, drained - 1 (7 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Tuna Casserole with Shirataki Noodles

1. Stage

Place green beans in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender yet firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.

Cook and stir red bell pepper and onion in a large nonstick skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
