2. Sliced carrots, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Taco seasoning mix - 2 tablespoons
4. Nutritional yeast - 2 teaspoons
5. Onion Powder - 2 teaspoons
6. Garlic powder - 2 teaspoons
7. Oil, or more as needed - 2 tablespoons
8. Vegetarian beef crumbles - 1 (12 ounce) package
9. Tortilla chips - 1 (13 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Vegan Queso Nachos

1. Stage

Combine tofu, carrots, taco seasoning, nutritional yeast, onion powder, and garlic powder in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer queso to a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until hot enough to serve, 5 to 10 minutes.
