6. Grated zucchini - 1 cup
7. Grated carrots - 1 cup
8. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
9. All-purpose flour - ½ cup
10. Ground flax seeds - ¼ cup
11. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
12. Ground cinnamon - ½ teaspoon
13. Salt - ½ teaspoon
14. Chopped walnuts, or to taste - ¼ cup

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners.

Mix brown sugar and oil together in a bowl. Stir in applesauce and mashed banana. Mix in apple, zucchini, and carrots.
