2. Quick-cooking brown rice - 1 ½ cups
3. Peanut oil - 2 tablespoons
4. Yellow onion, chopped - 1 small
5. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1 small
6. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
7. Red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon
8. Green onions, thinly sliced - 3
9. Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
10. Frozen petite peas - 1 cup
11. Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
12. Roasted peanuts (Optional) - ¼ cup

1. Stage
