Ingredients for - Waffled Croissant Grilled Cheese

1. 4 slices bacon -
2. 1 large croissant -
3. 2 slices cheddar cheese* -
4. 2 slices Monterey Jack* -
5. 1 tomato, sliced -
6. Non-stick cooking spray -
7. 1 large croissant (the rounder the better) -
8. Ketchup, for dipping -

How to cook deliciously - Waffled Croissant Grilled Cheese

1. Stage

Fry bacon over medium-high heat (starting with bacon on cold pan) until desired level of crispness is achieved.

2. Stage

Slice open croissant. Place cheese on bottom half then top with tomato and bacon. Place top half of croissant on top.

3. Stage

Heat waffle iron, spray with cooking spray, and place filled croissant inside. Close iron and apply pressure as necessary in order to squish sandwich. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until croissant is crisp and cheese is oozing out. Slice into quarters and serve with ketchup.
