1. Butter - 1 teaspoon
2. Fresh corn, kernels cut from cob - 2 ears
3. Red onion, diced - ½
4. Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
5. Salt to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped fresh chives - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Warm Corn Salad

1. Stage

Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir in the corn and onion. Cook 5 minutes, until heated through. Mix in parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives to serve.
