1. Butter 1 teaspoon
2. Fresh corn, kernels cut from cob 2 ears
3. Red onion, diced ½
4. Fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
5. Salt to taste 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper to taste 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped fresh chives 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir in the corn and onion. Cook 5 minutes, until heated through. Mix in parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives to serve.
