Ingredients for - Watercress, Melon and Almond Salad

1. Fresh lime juice - 3 tablespoons
2. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
3. Minced fresh ginger root - 1 teaspoon
4. Vegetable oil - ¼ cup
5. Watercress, trimmed and chopped - 2 bunches
6. Cubed watermelon - 2 ½ cups
7. Cubed cantaloupe - 2 ½ cups
8. Toasted and sliced almonds - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Watercress, Melon and Almond Salad

1. Stage

In a large bowl, whisk together lime juice, sugar, and ginger. Gradually add oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Stage

Add watercress, watermelon, and cantaloupe to dressing and toss to coat. Transfer salad to plates, sprinkle with sliced almonds and serve immediately.
