1. 3 pounds ground beef -
2. 2 medium onions, chopped -
3. 2 celery ribs, chopped -
4. 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules -
5. 2/3 cup boiling water -
6. 2 cans (28 ounces each) baked beans with molasses -
7. 1-1/2 cups ketchup -
8. 1/4 cup prepared mustard -
9. 3 garlic cloves, minced -
10. 1-1/2 teaspoons salt -
11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
12. 1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled -

How to cook deliciously - Western-Style Beef and Beans

1. Stage

In a Dutch oven over medium heat, cook the beef, onions and celery until meat is no longer pink; crumble meat; drain. Dissolve bouillon in water; stir into beef mixture. Add the beans, ketchup, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.

2. Stage

Transfer to an ungreased 3-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 375° for 60-70 minutes or until bubbly; stir. Sprinkle with bacon.
