3. 2 large eggs, room temperature -
4. 1/2 cup sugar -
5. 3 teaspoons vanilla extract -
6. 1 cup all-purpose flour -
7. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
8. Filling: -
9. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened -
10. 3 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled -
11. 1 large egg, room temperature, lightly beaten -
12. 1/3 cup sugar -
13. 1/3 cup sour cream -
14. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
15. Topping: -
16. 1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed -
17. 4 ounces white baking chocolate, melted and cooled -
18. 1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced -

How to cook deliciously - White Chocolate Berry Dessert

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate and butter at 70% power; stir until smooth. Cool.

2. Stage

In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar until lemon colored. Beat in melted white chocolate mixture and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt; beat into egg mixture. Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish.

For filling, in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and white chocolate. Beat in egg, sugar, sour cream and vanilla just until combined. Carefully spread over bottom layer. Cut through filling with a knife to swirl.

4. Stage

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes. Cool completely on a wire rack.

5. Stage

Just before serving, fold whipped topping into white chocolate. Fold in sliced strawberries; spread over dessert. Cut into squares. If desired, top with additional fresh strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
