1. Zucchini, sliced - 3
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Canned peeled and diced tomatoes - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ½ cup
5. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Delight

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Slice zucchini and onion and place in a glass dish baking dish. Add can of tomatoes, salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese over top. Place lid on dish.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) until zucchini becomes tender, 20 minutes.
