Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, cut it into small pieces. Transfer to the bowl of a blender. Add half of the cut out zucchini middles (the other half can be used to make zucchini caviar).

60 g of cheese cut into small pieces, add to the bowl of a blender. Also add milk, egg, salt and black pepper to taste, spices and turmeric. We beat in minced meat (you can use a meat grinder). This is how minced meat turns out.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices according to the number of zucchini rings. After 10 minutes, drain the water from the zucchini and place them in a greased baking dish. Fill the zucchini rings with stuffing. Cover each stuffed zucchini with tomatoes.

We cover the baking dish with foil and put it in a heated to 200 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes (judge by your oven). After 30 minutes, grate 60 grams of cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle each stuffed zucchini, remove the foil and put in the oven for a couple of minutes to brown the cheese.
