1. Ahi tuna, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 ¼ pounds
2. Minced onion ¼ cup
3. Minced green onion ¼ cup
4. Lightly crumbled wakame seaweed 2 tablespoons
5. Ground roasted macadamia nuts 1 tablespoon
6. Sesame oil 2 teaspoons
7. Crushed red pepper flakes 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Minced fresh ginger 1 teaspoon
9. Iceberg lettuce 8 leaves
10. Cilantro leaves, for garnish 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Ahi Poke Salad

1 . Stage

Mix together ahi tuna, onion, green onion, seaweed, macadamia nuts, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ginger in a mixing bowl.

Cover and refrigerate for the flavors to come together, at least 1 hour.

Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter, spoon ahi poke on top, and garnish with cilantro.
