2. Chilled blood oranges, peeled and sliced - 2
3. Chilled red grapefruit, peeled and segmented - ¼ small
4. Pomegranate seeds - 2 tablespoons
5. White balsamic vinegar - 2 tablespoons
6. Caramel syrup (such as Hershey's®) - 1 tablespoon
7. Sesame oil - ¼ teaspoon
8. Sliced almonds - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Divide arugula evenly between 2 plates. Place blood orange slices and red grapefruit segments on the arugula and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
