1. Arugula 3 cups
2. Chilled blood oranges, peeled and sliced 2
3. Chilled red grapefruit, peeled and segmented ¼ small
4. Pomegranate seeds 2 tablespoons
5. White balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons
6. Caramel syrup (such as Hershey's®) 1 tablespoon
7. Sesame oil ¼ teaspoon
8. Sliced almonds 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Blood Orange Salad with Caramel Dressing

1 . Stage

Divide arugula evenly between 2 plates. Place blood orange slices and red grapefruit segments on the arugula and sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.
