1. 1 (10-oz.) bag frozen broccoli, thawed (about 3 c.) -
2. 2 large eggs, beaten to blend -
3. 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar -
4. 1 c. panko bread crumbs  -
5. 2 tbsp. ranch seasoning (from a 1-oz. package) -
6. Olive oil cooking spray -
7. Ketchup, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Air Fryer Broccoli Ranch Tots

1. Stage

Pat broccoli dry with paper towels. Transfer to a food processor and pulse until very finely chopped. Scrape broccoli into a medium bowl and stir in eggs, cheddar, panko, and ranch seasoning.

2. Stage

Using a tablespoon measuring spoon and lightly dampened hands, scoop out level tablespoonfuls of broccoli mixture and press into a tater tot shape. Transfer to a plate.

3. Stage

Lightly coat an air-fryer basket with cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange tots in a single layer in basket, spacing about 1/8" apart; spray with cooking spray. Cook at 400°, turning halfway through and spraying with cooking spray, until crisp, 9 to 11 minutes.

4. Stage

Arrange tots on a platter. Serve warm with ketchup alongside.
