Ingredients for - Cuban Roasted Pork Crostini

1. Baguette 1
2. Olive oil cooking spray 1 serving
3. Dietz & Watson Stone Ground Mustard 1 tablespoon
4. Dietz & Watson Cuban Roast Pork 8 slices
5. Dietz & Watson Swiss Cheese 8 slices
6. Fresh Dietz & Watson Dill Pickles, quartered or halved 8
7. Salt and cracked pepper to taste 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Cuban Roasted Pork Crostini

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2 . Stage

Using a serrated knife cut baguette into 16 slices. Lightly spray both sides with olive oil cooking spray and place on baking sheets.

3 . Stage

Bake for 8 minutes, or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

4 . Stage

Coat each crostini with Dietz & Watson Stone Ground Mustard.

5 . Stage

Place 2 strips of roast port and 1 slice of Swiss cheese on top of crostini and top with a few slices of dill pickles. Season with salt and pepper.
