1. 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed -
2. 1 package (3 ounces) orange gelatin -
3. 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained -
4. 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained -
5. 2 cups miniature marshmallows -
6. 1/2 cup chopped pecans, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Amish Yum-Yum Salad

1. Stage

Set aside 1 cup whipped topping. Place the remaining topping in a large bowl; sprinkle with gelatin and stir until combined. Fold in the pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and pecans, if desired. Garnish with reserved topping and if desired, extra pecans.
