Ingredients for - Apple Cranberry Chutney
1. 2 good cooking apples (2 cups, peeled and chopped) -
2. 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries -
5. 1/3 to 1/2 cup of brown sugar -
6. 1 tablespoon orange zest -
7. 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger -
8. 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon -
9. Small pinch ground clove -
How to cook deliciously - Apple Cranberry Chutney
1. Stage
Make the chutney: Put all ingredients into a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
