3. 1 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped -
4. 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped -
5. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced -
6. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley -
7. 1 teaspoon minced fresh basil -
8. 1 teaspoon minced fresh mint -
9. Dressing: -
10. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar -
11. 1/4 cup olive oil -
12. 1 garlic clove, minced -
13. 1 teaspoon lemon juice -
14. 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon -
