1. Frozen cooked artichoke hearts, thawed and quartered 3
2. Cream cheese, softened 2 (8 ounce) packages
3. Crabmeat 4 ounces
4. Green onions 3
5. Garlic 1 clove
6. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Artichoke and Crab Spread

1 . Stage

Place artichoke hearts, crab, green onions, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse until chopped fairly small. Add cream cheese and puree until smooth.

2 . Stage

Pour dip into a non-metallic bowl, and chill for 1 hour.

3 . Stage

Serve with crackers or vegetables.
