1. Lemon juice - ½ cup
2. Filtered water, divided - 15 ½ cups
3. Fresh ginger, peeled - 1 (2 inch) piece
4. Honey - 4 teaspoons
5. 4 quart-size mason jars (optional) - 4 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Ginger Water

1. Stage

Combine lemon juice, 1/2 cup water, ginger, and honey in a blender; blend for 20 to 30 seconds.

2. Stage

Strain the mixture evenly into 4 quart-sized mason jars or a 1-gallon pitcher. Top off with remaining water and stir. Place lids on the jars or cover pitcher and store in the refrigerator.
