Ingredients for - Baked Aloo Gobi

1. Cauliflower, chopped - 1 large head
2. Potatoes, peeled and chopped - 3 medium
3. Onion, chopped - 1 large
4. Green chile peppers, chopped - 3
5. Ground cumin - 2 teaspoons
6. Ground coriander - 2 teaspoons
7. Ground turmeric - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable oil - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Aloo Gobi

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine cauliflower, potatoes, onion, chile peppers, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt in a large aluminum pan. Drizzle oil over top.

Bake in the preheated oven until cauliflower and potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
