1. Cauliflower, chopped 1 large head
2. Potatoes, peeled and chopped 3 medium
3. Onion, chopped 1 large
4. Green chile peppers, chopped 3
5. Ground cumin 2 teaspoons
6. Ground coriander 2 teaspoons
7. Ground turmeric 1 teaspoon
8. Salt 1 teaspoon
9. Vegetable oil 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Baked Aloo Gobi

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Combine cauliflower, potatoes, onion, chile peppers, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and salt in a large aluminum pan. Drizzle oil over top.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until cauliflower and potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
