1. 2 pounds chicken wings -
2. 1-1/2 cups balsamic vinegar -
3. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
4. 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed -
5. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
7. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar -

How to cook deliciously - Balsamic-Glazed Chicken Wings

1. Stage

Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; discard wing tip sections. In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large bowl or shallow dish. Add chicken and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.

Drain chicken and discard marinade; place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink, turning every 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine brown sugar and reserved marinade in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook until liquid is reduced by half.

Place wings in a large bowl. Pour glaze over wings and toss to coat.
