1. 3/4 cup chopped onion -
2. 3 tablespoons butter -
3. 1-1/2 cups chopped celery -
4. 1-1/2 cups ketchup -
5. 3/4 cup water -
6. 1/3 cup lemon juice -
7. 3 tablespoons brown sugar -
8. 3 tablespoons white vinegar -
9. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -
10. 1 tablespoon yellow mustard -
11. 2 packages (1 pound each) hot dogs -
12. 20 hot dog buns, split -

How to cook deliciously - Barbecued Hot Dogs

1. Stage

In a saucepan over medium heat, saute onion in butter until tender. Add celery, ketchup, water, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Cut three 1/4-in. deep slits on each side of the hot dogs; place in a 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Pour the sauce over the hot dogs. Cover and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns.
