3. Dry enchilada sauce mix - 1 (1.5 ounce) package
4. Flour tortillas - 10 (10 inch)
5. Shredded Cheddar cheese, divided - 2 cups
6. Sliced black olives, drained - 1 (2.25 ounce) can
