How to cook deliciously - Beef with porcini mushrooms
1. Stage
Cut the meat into strips. Defrost and wash the mushrooms. I have boiled chopped frozen white mushrooms. Heat a frying pan. Pour a little oil, fry the meat on all sides over high heat. Add the mushrooms. Fry while stirring all the time.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Put the onions to the meat and mushrooms. Roast, turn up the heat, cover and stew for about 30 minutes.

Add sour cream. Stir well and stew until the meat is soft.
5. Stage
Chop the dill. You can use any herbs to taste, but in my opinion, dill works best with beef and porcini mushrooms. Place the dill on top, cover and stew for another 5 minutes.
6. Stage
Mix the dill with the meat and mushrooms and taste for salt. If necessary, add more salt, stew a couple more minutes and turn off the fire. The dish is ready!!! Bon appetit!!! Ideal to serve with boiled rice or potatoes, or according to your taste preferences!!!
